The first Aircraft arrived April 27, 1954 starting with serial number 52-22717 and we started with 21aircraft.The last aircraft later to arrive was 53-33816, 53-33816 was the last KC-97G built by Boeing Aircraft. Aircraft 52-22717 and 52-22718 left in September 1954 and was replaced with 52-22804 and 52-22806 on Sept. 3,1954. Aircraft 52-22718 is still flying today; it belongs to the Berlin Airlift Historical Foundation www.spiritoffreedom.org.They bought Aircraft 53-33816 for parts to keep 52-22718 flying.
